Daily tasks and responsibilities
- Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
- Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
- Program hearing aids using a computer.
- Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
- Maintain documentation and patient files.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Audiology but Au.D. is preferred.
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.

- Working with staff to meet or exceed office goals

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and/or Doctorate of Audiology or State hearing aid dispensing license;
- Mastery of knowledge and understanding of hearing aid products and service;
- Minimum of 1 year fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care;
- Sales expertise in helping patients in the process of choosing amplification

We are a large, well established Ear Nose and Throat practice looking to add a full time clinical audiologist to our audiology team. This is afull-time position working with both adults and pediatrics. We perform standard audiologic evaluations as well as tinnitus and aural rehabilitation assessments. Patients are scheduled for their assessments, however last minute additions and Stat audiograms require flexibility and the ability to work in an active environment.
This is not a hearing aid sales position. However, the ability to counsel patients regarding hearing aid use, troubleshoot hearing aid problems, and perform cleaning and listening checks will help the dispensing audiology program provide timely patient care.
Qualifications
Masters or Au.D. in Audiology
A current audiology license or New Mexico eligible
This position can either be more clinical OR a dispensing role!
