  We are a fully accredited 501(c)3 charity providing ancillary services to patients confined to memory care and rehab facilities.  We service locations throughout Colorado.  Currently, we are seeking a part-time Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically, kind and caring with the elderly and those with memory care needs.  The ability to communicate with the facility social workers, the patients and their familiesis crucial.   This will be a traveling role expecting to typically visit two locations per day in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo and surrounding areas.      Daily Tasks and Responsibilities  - Visiting patientsto provide hearing tests, hearing aid checks, hearing aid fittings, cerumen removal and ordering hearing aids.  - Communication with family and Facility staff regarding their hearing loss, recommended hearing aids and insurance benefits.  - Documenting visits with patients and reports sent to the facilities for the patients seen.  - Verifying insurance benefits  - ASSR test if patients cannot respond to routine hearing tests    Qualifications   - Masters Degree in Audiology or Au.D.  - Current Colorado state Audiology license - A successful Audiologist will also possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work in a team environment.
