You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and understand how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way. - Educate patients pre/post examinations to explain payment programs and traditional private-pay service delivery methods within the application process as per Provider and Client agreement. Follow all policies, procedures, and pricing requirements established by the practice. - Clinical patient documentation, including patient record updates, report-writing, and other necessary documentation, or communication. - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of services, ordering hearing instruments, and maintain supply inventory. - May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, luncheons, health fairs, senior living events, etc. Provide support for marketing initiatives such as business mailers, patient correspondence, and call campaigns. - Assist with organizational and operational efficiency at the practice. Participate in and apply oneself in achieving goals set by the practice. - Project a professional and clean image by maintaining a clean and uncluttered office. There will be housecleaning and minimal maintenance. Keep walkways clear of obstacles and clear snow during winter weather conditions.
