    This Hearing Healthcare Practice in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a dynamic individual to significantly grow the number of patients referred by physicians to the practice each month. 


    The primary responsibility of this position will be the development and management of physician referrals of patients to grow the practice.  This individual will make daily calls and visits to physician's offices.  Additionally the employee will create letters and packets of information to leave behind, attend health fairs and schedule public speaking engagements. Most of the time, the Practice Development Representative is in the field prospecting with physicians and new referral sources. 


    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 2 - 3 years successful business-to-business sales experience required.
    • Experience visiting and marketing to physicians or other professionals strongly preferred. 
    • Demonstrated sales results, organization, focus and determination
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
